Houston Demo Home Continues to Generate Awareness

Plans for open houses have been disrupted several times by weather and other issues. The home has nevertheless continued to provide a great vehicle for communicating the advantages of raised floor foundations to residents of the Houston area. KHOU-TV’s morning show – “Great Day Houston” – carried a live segment from the construction site on Aug. 15. Topics discussed included the environmental advantages of using a foundation built from sustainable materials as well as the protection raised floors offer against flooding and termites.
